- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use and Meta Compliance
Because our Service integrates with third-party platforms like Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), you must strictly adhere to their policies. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or bulk messages that violate the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
- Transmit any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory.
- Use the Service for any activities prohibited by Meta’s Commerce Policies or Business Terms of Service. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your WaFlo account without a refund.
4. Subscription and Payments
WaFlo is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with prior notice to you.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including software code, designs, and text) are the exclusive property of Crown Softech Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your business operations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Softech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption (such as your WhatsApp Business Account being banned by Meta).
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
